Tyler Holt
Owner & Master Contractor

Tyler Holt grew up swinging a hammer on his father's job sites in Lorain County. After earning his General Contractor license at 26, he founded Apex Build & Remodel in 2011 with one truck, a handful of tools, and a commitment to treating every home like his own.

Today, Apex employs 24 full-time tradespeople and has delivered 850+ projects across Northeast Ohio. Tyler still walks every project site weekly and personally calls every client after project completion.
