Turning messy, unreliable data into clean, accurate, and actionable records.
Every dataset I touch leaves cleaner, faster, and more reliable than I found it.

Full data analyst capstone: compared Standard vs. Fly Ash concrete mixes across compressive strength and cost metrics. Built an interactive Excel dashboard with slicers, KPIs, and conditional formatting — revealing a 10.4% strength advantage and 5.2% cost savings with Fly Ash mix.
A deeper look at the problem, process, and measurable outcome for two significant projects.
A local retailer had 500+ SKUs split across 3 separate spreadsheets, with inconsistent naming conventions, duplicate entries, missing cost data, and no reorder alert system. Staff were manually checking stock levels daily — taking 45+ minutes every morning.
Merged all three sheets into one master workbook. Used Excel's Remove Duplicates tool and COUNTIF() formulas to identify 87 duplicate SKUs. Applied VLOOKUP() to auto-populate missing cost data from a supplier price list. Built IF()-based reorder alerts with color-coded conditional formatting. Created a pivot table summary dashboard with slicers for category and supplier filtering.
duplicate SKUs removed, eliminating over-ordering errors.
40 minsaved per day — daily stock check reduced from 45 min to under 5 min.
99.8%data accuracy confirmed after final QA pass across all 500+ records.
A real estate agent had 200 property listing PDFs accumulated over two years — each formatted differently by different MLS systems. There was no searchable database. Finding comparable properties for pricing required manually opening 10–20 PDFs per search.
Created a standardized 12-column schema (address, city, state, ZIP, beds, baths, sqft, lot size, list price, sale price, list date, days on market). Manually transcribed all 200 listings, normalizing every address format, date format, and measurement unit. Migrated the final workbook to Google Sheets with shared access, frozen headers, data validation drop-downs, and a filter view for each agent.
listings fully structured and searchable in one shared Google Sheet.
< 30 secto find any comparable property — down from 10–15 minutes of manual PDF searching.
100%of records passed QA review with zero address or price transcription errors.
